    Menu Bar URL

    From User: fgsyqlu

I have created an e-mail account in C-Panel and then set up a corresponding Microsoft Outlook account.

Can you tell me what the exact URL that is required in my Web page Menu Bar?

I wish to have my customers click on the menu and then be able to contact us via an e-mail request. My e-mail is customerservice@africanartforthecollector.com

      Hello Karen,

      Thanks for the quick response.

I'm not quite following you. If I open up a page then right click on the menu bar, there is no "edit" that comes up in a pop up. It does indicate "Properties". When I click properties I am taken to an edit box where I have text labeled as E-MAIL. Next to this I am supposed to enter the URL for my e-mail account that I created on the VodaHost server am I not?

        Re: Menu Bar URL

Hi Tommckee, the exact URL should be something like: http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/mem...yndee2009.html,
where kyndee2009 should be your login ID followed by".html".
The easiest way to find out you forum page is to click you own ID that is displayed on the very right side of the page. Just click in and look at the browsers address you will find something like a mentioned above. If this don't help then please feel free to click my page to drop a comment or check if my page works!
        Good Luck.

          Re: Menu Bar URL

          Hello,

I'm still not sure of just what URL is required for my menu box.

When I right click on the menu bar, I receive a pop-up then I click on Properties.

Then, after E-Mail there is a requirement to enter the URL address so a customer will be able to send e-mails to me.

I would like to know just what the exact URL is for this. How can I find this?

          Appreciate your help.

          Thanks

              Re: Menu Bar URL

My latest try, I entered this URL:

              http//www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/members/fgsyqlu.html

Then when I click on my E-MAIL menu button, I receive a message saying the user has not registered yet.

I have set up the e-mail under C-Panel and Microsoft Outlook.

Do you have any other suggestions?

              Thank you
