I would like to know how I can create a rule so it will delete email messages that are received > 7 days ago.
I know that this can be done with a client based rule, but I would like something server side. The User Level and Account Level filtering in Cpanel does not provide the ability to filter by age.
Perhaps a cron job will do, but that kind of scripting is beyond my abilities.
I have a particular email account that is shared between two people at two different locations and the email messages going to this account are not needed if they are older than 7 days.
There are times where this account may not be checked for 7 days and within the number of messages that come into the account, I would like an automatic way to manage them by deleting them based on age.
