Temporarily receiving and sending email using another computer

I would like to be able to receive and send email, via my BV email account, using any computer other than the one in which my Outlook is installed. One can get to see all the past emails, both Sent and Inbox too. And when I get back to my own pc, all those emails done off-board must nicely appear in the Outlook, when I next open it.

In other words, it needs to work like Microsoft's WebAccess.

Any detailed help instructions would be highly appreciated.
