and can i send more number of emails using my mail account ?

Approx 200 / hr. per hosting account, independently from which email account is used as "From"

The number might slightly vary from server to server.

If i have many members i.e more than 200 then how can i mail them simultaneously about any news or updates ?

You can't. You need a script that will use a cron job that will divide members in blocks of 200 or less, and send out one block per hr.
