Can not connect to server error

[Pro-Vista]

We have been using windows mail without a hitch for over a year now, but when opening the program now to send or check emails we get the error that says we can not connect to the server.

the error code is 800ccc0e

www.pro-vista.biz is our domain name

we would be very grateful for any help you could provide. we haven't been able to use our email for a few days now.

Has your hosting account and domain name been paid up to date? Typically Vodahost is paid annually and you did say things were running without a hitch for a year or so, perhaps your account has elapsed. In any event submit a support ticket (Customer Support can be found at the top of this page)
