Can not send mail Windows Mail

[Pro-Vista]

Just sorted out our expired domain and back up and running for a few days but now not able to send any mail. keep getting the following error:

Error de conexión con el servidor. Asunto '', Cuenta: 'William Pro-Vista', Servidor: 'mail.pro-vista.biz', Protocolo: SMTP, Puerto: 25, Seguridad (SSL): No, Error de socket: 10013, Número de error: 0x800CCC0E

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
