Can see mails in webmail but cannot download emails?

Hi,

I can read the emails inside the webmail but when I tried to download them into my notebook using Window Mail it shows 0 emails (although the connection is perfectly fine!).

Any advice. It was OK last time but recently it just unabel to download.
