email sending information question

how do i change the information that readers see when i send them an email, such signature, name, etc: specifically the siganture...im using Horde email ...any suggestions

I had a quick look in Horde and I see an Options button where you can change personal information quote "Change the name and address that people see when they read and reply to your emails." I am not sure if this has the same effect as a signature in say 'Outlook' but you can try it out and test it.
