Problem with set up POP3 email address

Hi There,

I followed the instruction hot to set up POP email address, i wanted to use outlook 2003,
I was setting up incoming POP3 and outgoing mail server SMTP
when i send Test account settings i got two error message:
Send test email message: The specified server was found but there was no respose......


Find outgoing mail server SMTP: Outlook couldn`t connect to the outgoing mail server SMTP. The problem could be the server name or port or your server may not support SSL.

I tried both ways,

Can somebody help me.

I have the same issue, and yes, I've watched the tutorials. When I press Test Settings, 3 out of 4 work, but the last one, incoming pop3 account, doesn't connect because the ID/PW do not match. I never set up an ID when I created my accounts, so how do I know what it is?

Your ID is your email address that you are setting up.
