Emails cannot send pictures of 3MB

I notice that I cannot send emails with photos of more than 2MB. Is there a restriciton on this or can we adjust this in the control panel.

Are you talking about emails or form submissions ?

If talking about emails, this can only depend on restrictions by your ISP.
If talking about form submissions, this depends on the server settings, and needs to be determined.

Just emails, they won't send at all.

Yes the ISP said we can only send 10mb max but its sorted now.
