Client host rejected: Access denied due to network abuse

Why am I getting this error see below) when sending an email to my client?

I do not spam nor have I ever emailed more than one person/client at a time yet I'm my emails are being rejected?

What network abuse are they talking about? Am I sharing a server with spamers? I thought, was mislead information, that BV does not host spamers because they can negatively affect others sharign the same server.
