Email goes but not recieved sometimes ?

Hi joined voda last night followed the instructions on how to set up an email


Sent a test to my yahoo account great got it ,,,, sent reply to my email at mm-traing.org blue voda email nothing

Sent a test to my gmx email nothing it never arrived

Can someone help please no technical terms i am a dummy at this
