Re: AOL emails not going through
Emails you send from your domain-based email address to an AOL address are bouncing back to you?
Most likely AOL has put your domain on a filter list (and if this is the case you need to deal directly with AOL, as it is not a VH issue or one that anyone in the Forums can assist with), or, AOL may require you to be "Whitelisted" rather than be summarily filtered as suspected spam. Currently, Google has not assigned any warnings or placed any flags on your domain, so it appears rather obvious it is an issue with your domain and/or email and AOL exclusively.
AOL was one of the first to require domain-based emailers to agree to a program to reach their community, charging up to $0.025 for each email delivered once on their list of "Preferred Senders." It may be they are beginning once again to enforce the letter of their law in order to keep up with falling ad-based revenue since Google is so far ahead and AOL's KeyWord program is dwindling due to dimninishing subscribers.
Either way, you'll need some direct response from AOL to change the persistent filtering going on presently.
Emails addressed to your (VodaHost-ed) domain-based email address from AOL addresses are reportedly being bounced back to the sender?
Most likely there is either an issue with the email address as configured in your account cPanel, or, there is a reason why the server is filtering AOL. Consult with Support to resolve one way or the other.
