    Login to serverfailed.

    Hello,

    I think I have correctly set IMAP in TB.

    IMAP Mail Server
    Server Name: mail.my-site Port 993
    Connection security: SSL/TLS
    Authentication method: Normal password

    TB configured it for me.

    I get 'Login to server mail.mysite.com failed.'

    Please help.

    Hi; Please make sure when you are creating your mail account
    in TB that your username reads:

    account@mysite.com

    Of course, you should replace "account" and "mysite.com"
    accordingly
    , where "account" is the name of the mail account
    that you have created ... i.e. contact@mysite.com or
    info@mysite.com

    You may have to enter this configuration into TB manually as
    you create the account. Also, this is the case for both
    sending and receiving e-mail.

      I would not have found it myself probably. The username must be with @mysite.com
