If you use Outlook (or Outlook Express), any email you poll from the server is removed permanently unless you select "Save a Copy On The Server"
If you forward your Webmail to Gmail or the like, you must also select to save a copy on the server.
This selection is made in both the email client (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) and on the Webmail Dashboard also.
No ... there is no Tutorial for this, as it is common computer skills outside the realm of BlueVoda, Control Panel, VodaHost Hosting, and the like, and usually addressed within the User Manual of the computer system itself. You may wish to do an online search for video Tutorials regarding this common Microsoft Office Function, or with reference to another email client you prefer, as they will also suggest that those emails that are delivered to your system also be "backed up" separately using one of 3 typical methods to save Folders of emails not deleted from your Hard Drive.
