How to change email passwords outside of cpanel.

I have a couple hundred people using emails that need to change their passwords from time to time. Is there a feature to let them change their own password without bothering me to do it for them every time?

No. Each change of settings must be done individually in cPanel, which access to is prohibited from sharing.
