E-Mail Bounce Back

Hi

I have two sales guys at another site, who are experiencing problems with e-mails. They have the same settings as they had when they were based here with me, but now they are working from another site, they are reporting bounce back or undeliverable e-mails from customers trying to e-mail them.

They can however send e-mails without problems, what could be wrong.

Most likely the ISP in there location requires them to use the ISP's SMTP settings instead of the default ones that they are currently using.
