outlook and webmail

I send a thread yesterday, but I could not find it now why

my problem was set up microsoft outlook, after watch the tutorials I could get the incoming mails but I could not send any mails it gives error.

what could be the problem is ?

I have read at somewher at the forum, we could check our emails for example htpp:/domainname.com:2464, how arrange this
I tried but I could not connect the page. Pls help
