My domain name is www.nertontrading.com , I will send many emails to my customers for my site promotion, is there any restriction for email sending per hosting account . pls inform thanks all

As clearly stated in Terms of Service and throughout the Forums, you are limited to less than 200 emails processed per hour OR up to 5% of the server resources (which varies according to how many other accounts are sharing the server and the current bandwidth generated).

Whatever you do, it is suggested that you not only comply with VodaHost's Terms of Service, but also with the CanSpam and other various US Congressional Acts regarding internet protocol so that you do not damage the IP reputation or functionality for yourself and all others sharing the single server IP as you.
