How to set up Vodahost with Windows Live Mail???

How do I set up Vodahost with Windows Live Mail???

And please know, I already went thru the instructions.

I got it to send but can't receive any emails.

I did as it says about the servers, smtp's, IMAP etc.

What am I doing wrong if anything???
