Contact page failure

We have a "Contacts" page on our Voda Host developed website at www.eggsinmypocket.com that isn't working properly. Apparently the submission of the contact is working but the message received on incoming email shows as the title "Eggs Contact" and the only message is " Values submitted from web site form". It appears that the message is from my email services supplier as the message shows to be from fenoglio@embarqmail.com which is the contact page email address. Any suggestions?
