Email Form Problem

Hi Vodahost
My URL Is www.the-witchcraft-emporium.co.uk
I have created a webpage for a friend of mine and wanted to add a email contact form. I tried to add the blue voda form maker to contruct a contact us form but nothing was working. So i decided to add a HTML email form. Now i can see the email form when i preview it on the default browser but when i publish the page the only thing that shows is the small link called "foxyform" which is the form brand. I tried to publish the page in php format but still no change.

I hope there is a way i can get the form working.

It is not allowing us to proceed, can you just enter the directions here, from what you are saying it seems like you need to upload a page as well that they give you, it works in preview because it is on your computer, but it does not work on the server as you have not uploaded it.

I cannot see anything about any uploading all it is is just HTML coding is there any other way i can add this email meganphc640******.com to the page i have constructed i tried with a built in form but i could not get it to show. I need to protect the young ladies email from spam bots etc...
Any help would be very much appreciated

We need the installation steps in order to determine why it is not working, please provide the correct link to the instructions so we may assist you. This is not our product, we need the directions to know how to integrate it into an HTML page.

I have s****ped the form and would like to use the forms in the bluevoda website builder. I am starting it soon and when completed i'll post the link here and see what you think.

So i have copied and pasted the contact form from my own contact page. I removed my email address and added to hers. But i can see a gap at the top of the header page and it contains HTML coding only visible by left clicking and dragging to highlight it in blue.

Hi,

Right click on a blank area of the page, go to page properties then change the encoding to php for the page, save then publish again. Remember to update your links to take into account the page is now php. The code will no longer show.

I changed the setting to PHP and now have404

Not Found

The resource requested could not be found on this server!

Yes, you need to update the hyperlinks as well. The page is loading fine for us:
