is there i way to receive sales notification from my business email address what i use with paypal
as it would save me a lot of time going back and forth to look at my email everyday

Sorry i did not make it clear enough. My website email is the same as my paypal email, so if a customer buys a product from my website is there a way i can get a pop-up email notification if an item is sold.
I check the email every half hour to see any sales. Sorry it's a bit sketchy but it is a pain to keep looking all the time when i could get some kind of email pop-up notification.

Hi,

The only way to do this through the hosting would be to setup a filter for your PayPal emails to go to another email address that you can then check instead of the mail email. If this is not what you are looking for could you please explain further?
