Error message from server.

Can someone please help me with my inquiry?

I have received this error message below in microsoft outlook when trying to send/receive my email.

Server Response: '-ERR You have exceeded the number of connections you are permitted to make per hour. Please wait a couple of minutes and try again.'

What is the maximum I can set my email client to check for email?

There is a limit to how many emails that can be send out per hour... I think its 100 emails
