Problems with Outlook Express

I created mail account in Outlook Express for diamtcom@diamonddatinglist.com on my PC

I used for incoming mail POP3 - mail.diamonddatinglist.com
outgoing mail SMTP - mail.diamonddatinglist.com
and everything (password, names) looks right

I can receive everything perfectly
but it won't send anything. When I try to send anything from this address it says
An unknown error has occurred. Subject '', Account: 'mail.diamonddatinglist.com', Server: 'mail.diamonddatinglist.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0B


Could you help me with this please.
