invalid name in SMTP and Server.

I entered mail@thenmyaccount.com tried .net.mx also
SMTP@prodigy.net.mx

Call Prodigy in Mexico City they says it cannot be done
that I must use my original email and cannot register a
email tht is mayatabasco.com or the other I was given.

Telmex is the ultimate authority and I have no one else to turn to.

Now what?
