        Thank you

I am going to book mark that link.

I sent a support ticket about this issue and should have just come in here first.

You dont need any specifics like this. BV does it automatically via mail set up in your control panel. Do the following:
          • Click on Mail in your control panel
          • then click on Manage/Add/Remove Accounts
          • then click on Configure MailClient
          • then click on either Autoconfigure Outlook for POP3 or Outlook Express for POP3
          • this should autoconfigure your mail settings. Make sure you come out and back in to Outlook express on your desktop.
          • Your mail account should be set up...however as far as I know this only works with the one email so in order to have all your email addresses come through you will have to use the Forwarders in the main Mail menu on your control panel and forward to the one email you autoconfigured.
          Hope this works! Good luck!

            Hi,

For your POP or incoming mail you need to use > mail.yourdomain.com
For your SMTP or outgoing mail you need to use > mail.yourdomain.com

            Sarah:)
