Complete account reset

I've been thinking about having a complete account reset done so as to make one of my domain names the primary one. However I have quite a large website that I would like to keep. Could you tell me the following

• Is it possible to backup the website and download it then upload it again once the reset is done
• Do Mysql databases get wiped too
• Is it possible to make a different domain name be my primary without a complete account reset
