I have written the preview pages for my website but they include photos also. I have a pdf program. How can I connect the pdf to the preview icon/page? The pdf page is saved as [preview1.doc.pdf] What would be the address? Please help.

Your website cannot be written in pdf pages - you need to write it in BV or another web program - you'll notice that web pages are written in html not doc.
You can use what you've done to re-make the pages in a web friendly program.
A pdf file can be called upon from a web-page, but you wouldn't want it for the entire page. Usually those are used for downloadable files. -
