I would like to add links to other web sites

Is there a tutorial that tells me how to add links from my website to other websites...I would like to have a link to a friends website on my site. Can someone help me?

This is about linking pages together, but more importantly, you will pick up how to use the Hyperlink tool. Rather than link your pages, you simply add the address of whever you desire. www. anotherwebsite.com instead of www. yourwebsite.com/about_us.html for instance...
