Cursor Change

Does any one know where or if I can change the cursor on my site to a lightning bolt that flashes or something and where I may be able to download some cursors like that? Thanks

Photoshop might work, Just try the animation.

Do a search in Yahoo or Google for cursors.
Change pointer from your control panel, mouse.
