Help With Pdf Files .... Please!!!

I have a deadline to launch a new website today. I was provided content in pdf format. How can I upload this pdf file into Blue Voda and edit it in html to include hyperlinks?

I am new to website design as well as Blue Voda. However I have technical skills so I can do this if I'm pointed in the right direction.

Please help if you can.

I don't know if this will help but I figure it's worth a shot until someone more knowledgeable comes around. Checkout his site their pdf converter offers conversion form pdf to html - http://www.pdf995.com/
