Publshing a page

Is there a way to publish a page without re-uploading the files located within that page?

only way I found around it was to wright a script in to html.

I dont know how to Publish my website,I press button publish and then its coming like
Server Ip 70.86.30.66
Username: What cine of username
Password:and what cine of pasword

Can somebody explain to me what to do..Thx everyone

Type in the user name and password you were given when you signed up for VodaHost. If you haven't yet signed up, you'll need to before you can publish.
