When producing a Flash Movie to use on your website, there are actually 2 files; the swf and the flv. Both need to be uploaded to the ftp manager for the file to play.
Insert the Flash movie icon onto your page.
Go to its properties and select the swf file from where you placed it on your computer and okay. The rectangle will assume the shape & size you originally constucted your files in. Center where you want it.
Go to Plug-Ins icon and insert anywhere on page.
Go to its properties and select the matching flv file from the same place as the swf. (It's there, just go to 'all files' at the bottom of menu.)
Save Page and Publish.
*This may not be the prescribed method, but it works for me. It took nearly a month to figure out. But then I'm slow on other things, also.
