Publishing With Frontpage

Hi everyone;
my name is john and i'm new to bv.

I am waiting for the info on my acct to come back and while i wait i am building my homepage, but i publish with frontpage and when i do all my buttons and my html sheets
seem to move on there own. the left side buttons preview in the center of my page and the right side html go to the bottom right? my page size is 800x1200 and centered.

can anyone tell me why this is happening?

I Click Publish In Bv And It Automatically Goes To Frontpage, Then I Hit Preview And It Previews. I Never Set Anything To Do That It Automatically Did It On Its Own.
