I need to download a more recent version of bv so that the ip adresses work when publishing.

Windows has a default trial version of winzip, and you need only double-click the folder to begin the unzip process.
Failing that, use Windows Explorer to find your zipped folder, and use the commands shown on the left to "Open this folder".....
