Thanks BV for great possibility used BV program. I’d put some part of
Great movie and used just button to start movie “The Dash Movie” I hope
You will like message and music. This is my second website and I am in
This moment happy with progress, I have some problem in contact us page
Where I can send attachments from my form maybe you have some idea

But some time BV great members need Comedy BREAK…

A guy, (We will call him Joe) lost his job and said “Oh God, just let me win
The lottery, I have lost my job”.

Weeks went by and he did win the lottery. Joe lost his wife and said”Oh God,
Just let me win the lottery. I have lost my job and wife”

Weeks went by and he did not win the lottery. Finally, he lost his home
As well and said”Oh God, why don’t you let me win the lottery. I have
Lost my job, wife and home, don’t you care about me??” A rumble came
from the heavens, and a voice came from above.

Joe, I would love to help, buy a ticket!

About your form:

1. You have a script implemented in your form page. delete it, it does nothing there.
2. Since you have an upload field, for attachments, you nedd to have an "action.php" script that will upload the file to your site. The simple "action.php" in the Forms Tutorial Nr 1 DOES NOT perform file upload.
