Video tutorials will not open/play

Hi,
I'm just started to build my site. Great program BTW.
I have a problem with video tutorials. They will not play. Help, please.

most of them needs plug ins, make sure you have installed in your system

Are they tellling you that they need plugins? Usually they will offer up the site with the flash or plugins so that you can download. Can anybody else help?
