You need to open BlueVoda and then open the FTP Manager (Blue FTP), connect to your server using the same info as you use to publish, and navigate to your public_html folder. You will find a list of files and folders, from which you can delete. You can also do this through the file manager in your Control Panel. Take Care!!

Yes that's possible. After you have reviewed a page, lets say with a photo called pic01.jpg included in the page. Then do a search in Explorer for pic01.jpg, to find the location of the preview folder.
