easy way to replace text in multiple links

OK, I'm doing it the painful way.

I have hundreds of links on a page, and I need to replace some of the text in 80% of the links.

eg http://clkuk.tradedoubler.com/click?...04952&epi=rnid (+ hundreds similar)

and I need to change the last 4 digits to xxxx in each link

Can anyone help with an easy(ier) or quicker way to do it?

that's not a link to my site, but one of the links out of my site...there are many more exactly the same except one of the numbered codes...but I need to change the text on all of them at the end of the link

No easy way - you'll have to do them one at a time.
