Timed out 12002

Hi all, I need a little help. I have downloaded mozilla firefox and when i try to publish i get the dreaded timed out message. Everything was fine until i download firefox. I tried to get rid of it and even did a system restore but i am still getting the timed out message. Hope you can assist.

Thanks guys, the problem seems to have solved itself, it seemed strange it only happened as i installed firefox. Just coincidence i guess.
