    Asking for assistance

My question is in regards to domain name dexteritycommunications.com (client ID 11609). I am a new user so I'm still trying to figure this all out. Is it best to open a support ticket first before posing a question to the Customer Support Forum?

It depends on what your question is. Lots here in the forum will help if we can. If it's a technical issue, then a support ticket is the way to go.

Customer support is good and often busy. If unsure if it is a support issue or one that members of the forum can answer- post it here. There are lots of seinor members here who have experienced a lot and will advise you one what or the other.

      Cheers-

Thank you Bethers and Andy 128. I'm just trying to follow the directions for adding my domain name to the VodaHost control panel. I've viewed the tutorial but I'm still stumped.

I would be hard pressed to do better than the video. Once you create the add-on domain and cannot access it- put in a support ticket.
