You will need to sign up for a VodaHost account before you can access the Cpanel. Don't get discouraged by the fact that you will have to pay a little because 1) you'll have to pay VERY little (less than $10 per month U.S.) and 2) you'll be signed up with a hosting service that genuinely cares about helping you.
