    Okay, this is wierd...

FYI ! For those of you who did the whole Sever 5 migration, after technical support from every program carrier that I have on my computer, it appears that if you have Norton Anti Virus Software and IE7, AND you got the new BV and were moved to another server, there is a major conflict. When the servers were changed, it created a conflict with Norton, which throws up firewalls that cannot be removed. I had to completely remove all firewall programs and security programs from my computer in order to run BV and lost some programs permanently. If you're still having issues with publishing, check your firewalls...

Okay, then, family, what do I do about this Apache screen?

    Hugs,

Very interesting observation, I see your site just fine. Your norton is reacting to a new and unknown IP address, it will be fine as sson as you add BV to your firewall exception rules.

tell the person having issues to hit the f5 button a few times to clear his cache. The problem is purely a caching problem, maybe his ISP is caching.

Open up your Nortons, under firewall, configure, then programs.
either use the program scan or add manually, I have Turn on Automatic checked
          Close then restart your computer.

Except for Bird's, your pages two pages come up Apache. I don't use Norton nor IE7.
