publishing with different domain-URGENT

hey, im new to this and i pretty much have my website built. My index page is done and saved as index and i publish it, seems to work fine. But it wont work, i know this has something to do with my different domain people, its called domainpeople btw, but i have entered in the new domain link for yours into theirs, help?
