Editing and Publishing

I inserted the no cache code as suggested on my index page, saved and published. I also emptied my cache.

When I look at my newly edited page in the browser before publishing, all is there. When I publish and then look at my site, no changes are showing up. I followed all of the directions, but no luck. I have been using Voda Host for a year and my renewal is up. I need to resolve this before I would renew.

I need to make changes to my website almost daily. Please advise.

Make sure you are publishing to the correct IP address, yours has changed, your new IP adddress is 75.126.10.6

That IP address is not one of my choices. How do I make it a choice in the dropdown menu?
