no,no,no when i making changes on blue voda and I want to preview them to see how is going to be it will not open the internet why?

This would depend on what browser you are using for your preview?

In your blue voda web builder, on that page that you are trying to preview, go to tools, options and be sure it is ticked preview in my default browser ....
