Voda 3 user can't download latest version

I'm on the new server and I can't seem to download the .zip file - it starts
then always stops after a few minutes. On the other downloads we had a choice of .exe or .zip and I don't have any trouble with the .exe file downloads. Is there one I can access? Thanks. www.lawofattractionandbible.com
