How much is enough?

Hi there, need some info here. If I were to have a website/portal to cater to about 20000 to 30000 users how much bandwith and webspace will I need? Does the current package offered enough?
By the way, does anyone has any tips on creating a web portal? Any advise in appreaciated. Thank you.
