Help - I can't publish !!

I have just updated my website but now I can't get it to publish - I get this error :-

"Internet Exception Error 12031"

I sent a ticket to the customer support and they advise me to try the suggestions given in this link = regret they didn't work - can anybody offer any help - please

I have gotten that error many times. All I do to fix it is repeat the publishing process.

Be sure to try publishing a few times in a row, it might solve your problem.

Here's an undocumented BlueVoda setting that might help in case of timeouts:

1. Start Regedit
2. Find this key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BlueVoda 7\BlueVoda 7\Publish\
3. Add a new DWORD value with the name ConnectionTimeout
4. Enter the value in seconds for example 120 (default is 30)

Goto the start button in Windows, select run and then type in Regedit, this will
start regedit.

For your information - over the past several days I tried many different 'solutions' posted here there and everywhere without any luck. After many hours talking to the customer service people it was myself who suggested that if I upgraded my 6.4.4 version to version 7 this may help. Guess what it now publishes !!!

I got the same thing

Yeah internet exception error happened to me aswell but mine was 12012 , so the blue voda people told me to do the same thing and upgrade to 7 and i did and it worked. but this was a while ago, if id seen your thing, i could have helped you out straight away!

I am using bluevoda version 7.0.1 , is it the same as BV version 7 ? If not the same, How I get it? Because I am still having problem to publish the page, although I have followed Pablo's instruction to start Regedit and adds timeout.
This happen very often :error 12003, error 12003, error 12163, etc ) and many time in the middle of publishing suddenly Bluvoda program become blank white color, and not responding.
Any suggestion ?????

How big is the page you are trying to publish in MB's (include photos, movies etc)

More or less 20000 bytes, Any limit of size ?
